To begin you have to check to make sure that your MBC is working. To do this you must turn it all the way out basically causing your waste gate to run manifold pressure. Complete a couple of pulls and let us know the results. A logger is a very cheap but super effective solution for situations like this. Please try to use more punctuation and spell check, Thanks. _________________ A drunken mans words are a sober mans thoughts |

What you need to do is bypass the MBC outright and run manifold pressure until you get another MBC. Not sure what gate you have but that is the only other way to control boost. _________________ A drunken mans words are a sober mans thoughts |

Its either one of two things:
1) Broken/Stuck Wastegate; its not opening to let out boost,
2) Boost creep.
If your wastegate is not opening then a MBC wont do any good because its only going to turn up boost past the WG spring.
I suggest checking both, If you have a compressor, hook up a vaccum line to the wg nipple and check to see if the arm moves back and forth, if it doesnt move, then thats your problem,
You can also test your MBC by putting it inbetween the compressor and WG while opening and closeing the spring...
If you dont have a compressor you can also use an air pump at any Gas Station _________________ *Bad Bish* |
